2121 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 2121 platform. This document governs all aspects of your use of our services in Malaysia and is binding on all registered users.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 2121 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 2121 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of our services entirely. Continued use of the platform after the terms have been updated will be considered acceptance of the latest version in force. These terms are written in Bahasa Melayu and are intended specifically for users in Malaysia who are 21 years of age and above.
2121 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. That said, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the platform of any material changes. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of their current obligations. Acceptance of these terms also constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both available on the platform. All disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved in accordance with the terms set out in this document.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 2121's services, you are required to register and create a valid user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and valid date of birth. 2121 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time for legal compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account; owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 2121 support team immediately through the channels provided. Our platform uses the latest encryption technology to protect users' personal data and financial information. Failure to follow these security guidelines may result in losses that 2121 will not be held responsible for.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 2121 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from using this platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any action that could harm others or compromise the integrity of the platform. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised technological means to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users found exploiting system bugs or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage will have their accounts terminated immediately.
You also agree not to distribute any offensive, defamatory, or harmful content through any communication channel on the 2121 platform. Users must be at least 21 years of age and must ensure that participation in betting activities does not violate any local laws applicable to them. 2121 reserves the right to monitor user activity on the platform for security and regulatory compliance purposes. Any attempt to cheat, manipulate game outcomes, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities. Users are responsible for ensuring that any financial information submitted is legitimate and belongs to them.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 2121 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to the current policies set by 2121 and may change in line with operational requirements. All payment methods available on the platform have undergone a security verification process to ensure the safety of transactions for users in Malaysia.
Withdrawal processing times range from one to five business days, depending on the chosen payment method and applicable verification requirements. 2121 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms pending the outcome of an investigation. Any refund or transaction cancellation is subject to case-by-case assessment by the 2121 finance team. Users are required to provide identity verification documents and proof of funding source upon request, particularly for high-value transactions. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary freeze of the account in question.
5. Limitation of Liability
2121 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service at any time. Our platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control that temporarily affect accessibility. In such cases, 2121 shall not be liable for any financial loss, loss of profits, or indirect damages suffered by users as a result of such service interruptions. Users are deemed to have accepted the risks associated with using an online betting platform upon registering with 2121.
2121's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the actual balance in that user's account at the time of the disputed incident. 2121 is not responsible for any actions or decisions made by users based on information found on the platform. Users bear full responsibility for their own betting decisions. In situations where a technical error results in an inaccurate game outcome, 2121 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and return the original stake to the user. All disputes concerning this limitation of liability will be resolved at the sole and absolute discretion of 2121.
6. Account Policy – Suspension & Closure
2121 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account immediately and without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any of the terms set out in this document. Account closure may also occur when a user provides false or misleading registration information, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates applicable Malaysian law. In the event of an account suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email address and given the opportunity to submit an explanation within a specified period. Should the investigation find the user at fault, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant balance frozen until the legal investigation is concluded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 2121 support team through the available channels. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within seven business days once all pending transactions have been settled. Any eligible balance will be refunded via the original payment method used for the last deposit. Accounts inactive for more than twelve consecutive months with no login activity may be automatically closed after a notice has been sent to the user. 2121 also reserves the right to decline re-registration requests from users whose accounts were previously closed due to a breach of terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 2121 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 2121 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in Malaysia. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 2121. The 2121 brand name, logos, and trademarks may not be used in any context that could mislead the public or damage the company's reputation. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights will result in appropriate legal action being taken against the responsible party.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the 2121 platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence may be revoked by 2121 at any time without notice if the user breaches the terms of use. Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas submitted by users to 2121 become the sole property of 2121 without any compensation to the user. Use of the platform does not grant users any ownership rights over the content or technology used by 2121.
8. Third-Party Links
The 2121 platform may contain references or information relating to third-party services such as payment providers, game suppliers, or technology partners. However, 2121 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users who engage with third-party services in connection with the 2121 platform do so at their own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms. We recommend that users read and understand the terms of service and privacy policy of each third party before engaging with them.
2121 makes no warranty or representation regarding the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services that may be linked to our platform. Should a user experience any issue or loss arising from the use of third-party services, 2121 cannot be held liable under any circumstances. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and carry out appropriate due diligence before sharing any personal or financial information with any third party. The relationship between 2121 and any third party does not constitute a partnership, agency, or legal representation of any kind.
9. Changes to Terms
2121 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time in response to operational, legal, or business environment changes. Material changes to these terms will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. The effective date of each version of the terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document for users' reference. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a new version constitutes full acceptance of all changes made.
If a user does not agree with the updated terms, they should stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure. 2121 recommends that users review this terms and conditions page regularly — at least once a month — to stay informed of their current obligations. Previous versions of the terms cease to apply once a new version comes into effect. Any questions regarding changes to the terms may be directed to the 2121 support team through the communication channels available on the platform.
10. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 2121 platform shall be finally resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to comply with Malaysian legal requirements relating to online betting activities, including any new regulations that may be enforced from time to time. 2121 is committed to operating within the legal and regulatory framework established by Malaysian authorities.
Before bringing any dispute to court, users are encouraged to contact the 2121 support team first to resolve the matter amicably and efficiently. This internal resolution process is typically completed within fourteen business days. Should internal resolution prove unsuccessful, the parties may refer the dispute to a mutually agreed arbitration body. Any decision reached through arbitration is final and binding on both parties. Users hereby waive their right to participate in any class action lawsuit against 2121 in relation to disputes arising from the use of this platform.
